Should I return my Charbroil Tec Grill? - tec grills

I recently bought a Tec For Charbroil grill with infrared burners. I read that the gate line material has not been designed to to control intense infrared heat. The solution is to replace the burner, if it breaks (hard to do) should call the maintenance staff. Charbroil has promised to send the new torch-free but is recommended to wait to install it because some customers will have the new assembly hall is already installed and has no risk. I want the grill (a big pain to do) would simply replace the burner and not wait? or should I replace the burner today?
