How to get Xbox 360 gameplay on a computer? - how to capture npr

I have an Xbox 360 and if it helps, a DVD recorder. I burn DVD's from 360 to go but the wrong kind of file to YouTube or Windows Movie Maker. I do not a capture card or download a file or change something on my computer. I am looking for a solution, as a special form of DVD. Any help? Thanks
