Miss C is correct, LashBlast works surprisingly well. Most eyeliners are waterproof, smudge-proof, or wear in everyday life, with which one can find on the label. It Covergirl infallible, and a different look as unstoppable, it's really just to see what is best for it. But honestly, if you are blurred in the water much eyeliner and disappear during the day.
i looooove the LashBlast waterproof mascara! (orange tube with a blue band around, not orange with silver band, not waterproof)
What eyeliner ... I can not help you, I never use. But mascara is the best I've found!
Lashblst Waterproof is best. This makes the lashes look great and remain in the water. It is cheap and reliable.

I would say DONT use any eyeliner only for a day.
